Ready for the weekly favorite low carb recipes roundup? This week competition was stiff, with several recipes running neck and neck to vie for coveted top-10 positions. (Geez, I sound like a horse race announcer, huh?) Another one that I cannot believe I haven’t tried are these gorgeous Breakfast Sausage Pinwheel Rolls! She uses a rolling pin to spread this dough out on wax paper and cooks on silicone bake mats for minimum mess. I love my silicone bake mats! I had no idea how often I’d use them.
